Alam Sari ReviewThis hotel offers an excellent combination of comfort, social responsibility, setting, and low price -- and is a delightful find for families, ecowarriors, and those who want to immerse themselves in Balinese culture. Everything the Alam Sari does is with a thought towards the local economy, ecology, and culture. The hotel almost exclusively employs villagers from neighboring Keliki. Environmentally friendly touches are everywhere, from solar water heaters to the use of recycled paper. Rooms are lovely, with views of the gorge and looming volcano.
