Although not a major tourist destination yet, Uljin has a range of accommodations to fit any budget. The most upscale is the Deokgu Spa Hotel (tel. 054/782-0671; 575 Deokgu-li, Buk-myeon, Uljin-gun), which has both Western and ondol-style rooms starting at W120,000 ($129/£64).
Hotel Sung Ryu Park (tel. 054/787-3711; 968-5 Onjeong-li, Onjeong-myeon, Unjin-gun) is a large 7-story building with an oncheon (hot spring) bath. They also have both Western-style and ondol rooms starting at W75,000 (US$80/£40).
