Hey, look! It’s . . . well . . . a Hard Rock Cafe. Granted, the world’s largest (600 seats) and possibly the loudest. You’ve probably already sampled the Hard Rock shtick on offer at more than 180 of them: A loud tavern tarted up with music memorabilia (and a Cadillac spinning above the rotunda bar) but here, there’s a slab from the Berlin Wall out back. Fun fact: The company’s headquarters is in Florida. Funner fact: Between 2 and 9pm, ask for a free “VIBE” tour of the memorabilia in areas not open to diners—there’s incredible stuff here, including John Lennon’s writing loveseat.
