Frommer's Review
Most people would turn their noses up at the thought of eating a meal in the bus station, but the only upturned noses here will be the ones sniffing out the freshly grilled food on the way up the steps to the restaurant's lovely rooftop terrace. Inside and in typical style, a "barbecue bar" circles the hooded area around the charcoal grill, or you can choose to sit farther away from the hot coals at one of the well-dressed tables in the dining room. Whole eggplants get roasted over the flames then miraculously whipped up into a delectable regional specialty, the alinazik kebap, which is topped by chunks of flavorful grilled meat. Don't pass up the hot appetizer, içli köfte, mouthwatering hush-puppy-like corn balls stuffed with meat and deep fried.
