Three partners have joined forces to cooperatively manage what is essentially three cave houses each with seven rooms. The cave houses rise above and around a garden courtyard while the breakfast lawn -- scattered with typically Turkish artifacts -- enjoys some of the more fabulous views over Ürgüp. Better yet, most of the rooms have a private terrace with equally outstanding views. The rooms are standard Cappadocia Cave, that is, romantic, spare yet cozy, with carpets, carved wooden headboards and little nooks carved directly into the rock. They've added Jacuzzis in one of the doubles and one suite; another double and suite have Turkish baths.
