Perhaps better than anywhere else in Honduras, Utila's selection of restaurants pulls off the party-friendly, international backpacker vibe. Full breakfasts of vegan food and fresh fish are on almost every menu, while happy hours often lead one into the next. Apart from the restaurants listed below, on the main drag, there are a few mainland women who sell baleadas (L10/50¢), Honduras's favorite snack (a corn tortilla slathered with bean and cheese), and a taco stand.
