Getting There & Departing

By Car -- From Mexico City, the quickest route is Hwy. 15 to Toluca. In Toluca, Hwy. 15 becomes Paseo Tollocan. Follow Tollocan south until you see signs pointing left to Hwy. 134 and Valle de Bravo, Francisco de los Ranchos, and Temascaltepec. After the turn, continue on Hwy. 142 until Francisco de los Ranchos, where you bear right and follow signs to Valle de Bravo. The drive from this point takes about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

By Bus -- From Mexico City's Terminal Poniente, buses leave every 20 minutes for the 3-hour journey. First-class buses depart hourly.
