Planning a TripGetting There By Bus -- Buses for Andritsena leave from the Stathmos Peloponnisiou (bus station for the Peloponnese) in Athens, 100 Kifisswiou (tel. 210/512-4910; www.ktel.org). There are several buses a day to Andritsena from Athens and from Argos, Tripolis, Olympia, and Megalopolis. The roads are excellent, but each winding mile takes about twice as long to drive as you might have anticipated.
