Arbanassi resident Ginka Stefanov is a retired teacher and her husband Todor a retired economist, and they operate a semi-agri B&B that gives guests the opportunity to live as Bulgarians do and to dine on meals prepared from the produce grown in Ginka's bountiful vegetable garden out back. Don't expect the Ritz; rather, immerse yourself in genuine Bulgaria in the company of two of the country's most gracious hosts. Each of the four rooms is comfortable and each has a different floor plan. You will have to get used to showers without stalls: To shower, you just pull a cord in the en suite bathroom and hot water from the tank on the wall washes over you and into the drain in the floor.
