Organized Tours

Most of the central travel agencies will have posters in their windows advertising half- and full-day walking tours of the city's sights. Most of these tours are piggybacked onto those organized by American Express and should cost the same: about 21€ ($26) for a 2-hour tour and 34€ ($43) for a full day, per person.

Organized 3- to 4-hour visits to "The Islands of the Venetian Lagoon" include brief stops on Murano, Burano, and Torcello.
