Frommer's Review
From 1415 until very recently, workers, fishmongers, and shoppers from the nearby Mercato della Pescheria flocked to this spot, once a characterful wine bar, with bonhomie galore. Now, after a change of ownership in 2007 and a widely divergent approach to dining, it is an upscale restaurant, with lobster flown in twice weekly from Maine, specializing in risotto with foie gras and truffles. The menu is now as rich and elaborate as the interior. It's a far cry from the days when fishermen would have a glass of white wine at the bar while wearing rubber boots, but if you're craving something more succulent and decadent, you've come to the right place.
