Frommer's Review
This small boutique hotel at a tiny campiello with a marble fountainhead on the main shopping drag from San Marco to the Accademia may be new, but the style is ever-popular 18th-century Venetian. The rooms, bathed in rich colors, are compact but graced with nice touches such as gold decoration on the marble-top desks, modest stuccoes and Murano chandeliers on the ceilings, very firm beds, and heated towel racks in the bathrooms. Six doubles even overlook Rio San Moisè canal, for which you can add 30€ ($39) to the price listed below. The low-season rates are incredible, and even high-season rates are (for Venice) not too bad for this level of comfort and style. The entire hotel is nonsmoking.
