In what was once a gas station on the edge of old town Cottonwood, you can get some of the best burgers in the region. This burger joint, with its wall of license plates from around the country, is a throwback to the burger stands of the 1950s. The menu is short and simple and is on a pad of paper. Mark down what you want on your burger and what sides and drink you want, and hand it over to the waiter. Be sure to try one of the fountain sodas (peach, lime, root beer, and mulberry), that are made with syrups produced exclusively for Bing's.
