You can rock and roll in Viborg's shadows at the bar within the previously recommended Brugger Bauer, St. Mathiasgade 61 (tel. 86-61-44-88), or head to one of its most visible competitors, Messing Jens, Sct. Mathiasgade 48 (tel. 86-62-02-73). Old, historic, and loaded with the patina of many generations of clients, it's a good choice for some beers and maybe a dance or two to recorded music. More closely geared to dancing than either of the two sites mentioned above is the Crazy Daisy, Grauene 20 (tel. 86-61-51-33), the largest disco in town. Although you can get a drink here virtually any day of the week after 11pm, it's most popular every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday when it gets down as Viborg's premier disco.
