This restaurant is one of the finer spots in Vieques to dine, with cuisine worthy of the fabulous setting (it’s in the Inn on the Blue Horizon’s main building, and looks over its gorgeous grounds). The French cut pork chop and herb curry shrimp are excellent, as is the rosemary passion fruit lamb chop. We also found a lot to like in appetizers such as mussels in white wine coconut sauce and ginger tamarind ribs. Perched on a seaside bluff outside Esperanza, the open sided—and very popular—onsite bar offers panoramic coastal views.
