This friendly sidewalk cafe has been pulling in punters for a decade—and with good reason. Prices are reasonable, the creative menu is perfectly executed, and the setting is sublime: The restaurant’s terraced seating overlooks Cocteau’s Chapelle St-Pierre and the seafront beyond. Sample fresh salmon tartare with mango, pine nuts, and spring  onions, or duck foie gras with Espelette pepper chutney. Dozens of fantastical ice cream creations (think yogurt ice cream piled high with strawberries and raspberry puree, or a tower of praline ice cream, whipped cream, and chocolate sauce) are also on offer.
