This hotel restaurant has a wonderful perch above and view over the Viñales valley. The view itself is worth the price of admission, and the food is pretty good, as well. Standard Cuban cuisine is featured here, but there are a few twists. You can get Turkey Fricassee, which is turkey meat stewed in a tomato and white-wine sauce. I like the chicken Viñales, which is a boneless breast served au gratin. I recommend coming in time for sunset over the valley.
