Frommer's Review
This moderately upscale food court features a very contemporary earthy decor (continuing the look and feel of the intricate mosaic leading to its entrance). The large open seating area is separated into smaller sections by decorative partitions; open to the second story, it retains an airy feel. The food isn't gourmet, but of all the cafeterias and counter-service stops in the World, Sunshine Seasons has the most diversity because it is five walk-ups in one. It's especially good if you're traveling with kids who possess finicky (and varied) palates; it's often crowded with families for that very reason. There's an Asian Wok shop (stir-fry and barbecue), a wood-fired grill (Atlantic Salmon and flatbreads), a sandwich shop (black-forest ham, turkey, Cuban), and a soup and salad counter (with veggies from the Land's own gardens). There's also a small bakery. An open kitchen allows everyone to watch the behind-the-scenes action. Wine by the glass, frosty drafts, and bottled beer are also available.
