Frommer's Review
The name means "wind" in Spanish, an obvious bow to the blustery air that blows through the gorge. The menu here changes regularly and roams all over the globe, but there are comfort foods (including a very good burger). On a summer evening, you might dine on the likes of squash-blossom-and-goat-cheese quesadillas, lamb sirloin with a goat-cheese chili relleno, or grilled salmon with citrus gazpacho. Next door, you'll find Gorge Wine Merchants, 218 W. Steuben St. (tel. 509/493-5333; www.gorgewinemerchants.com), a great little wine bar.
