Although José Andrés is no longer in the kitchen, Café Atlantico rocks on. The colorful three-tiered bistro is a Penn Quarter hot spot, where caipirinhas and mojitos are the cocktails of choice and guacamole made tableside is a must. The menu changes frequently, but choices might include items like roasted beet salad, Malbec-braised beef cheeks, ceviche, or seared scallops with coconut rice.
