Frommer's Review
This contemporary property offers complimentary Internet access, a 650-square-foot fitness center, and an unbeatable location close to both the convention center and the Verizon Center. Add in reasonable rates and fine hotel amenities and you've got a good choice for both business and leisure visitors.
A refurbishment in 2006 added lots of earth tones, leather, tweeds, and modern furniture, contributing to the overall stylish, retro look you see in the guest rooms. Bedding was changed, too, and now features the "Four Points" custom-designed, multilayered, pillowtop mattress. Guests have a choice of rooms with two double beds or one king-size bed. Corner rooms (there are only about 10) are a little more spacious than others. Be forewarned: These book first, so they are seldom available. While guest rooms offer city views, the rooftop pool presents a wider vista of the city.
Facilities:
Restaurant, bar; executive-level rooms; fitness center; indoor heated pool on rooftop; room service; free Wi-Fi in public spaces

Frommer's ranks every hotel, restaurant, attraction, shop, and nightlife establishment it reviews for quality, value, service, amenities, and special features using a star-rating scale, an expression of the strong compare-and-contrast opinions that are a brand hallmark.
Other ratings provide stars based primarily on price and amenities; the Frommer's star rating is meant to quantify the kind of intangible, experiential elements that help travelers make informed decisions.
The "baseline" recommendation is zero stars--every hotel, restaurant, attraction, shop, and nightlife establishment that Frommer's chooses to review is recommended; otherwise, we simply wouldn't include it.
