This is three separate bars in one. The Pour House, on the first floor, plays on a Pittsburgh theme (honoring the owner's roots), displaying Steeler and Penguin paraphernalia, and drawing Iron City drafts from its tap and pirogi from the kitchen. Downstairs is the Scheisse Haus, a faux biergarten. The basement has pool tables, a bar, and a lounge area (behind beaded curtains); the street level has booths and a bar. On the top floor is "Top of the Hill," which is promoted as "hip and upscale," but it's not, really (although you will find leather chairs, art, and chandeliers here).
