Around the corner from Zola the restaurant is its sibling, a wine shop and test kitchen, where you can browse for wines, peer through portholes in the wall to observe chef Bryan Moscatello experiment with recipes in his kitchen, and take an evening class on, say, how to prepare ceviche. Open daily, the shop also sells gourmet prepackaged sandwiches and artisanal products in addition to its 400 varieties of international wines.
