Set in a green valley of the Oued Nfis, this peaceful village is a great spot to stop between Marrakech and Taroudannt or as an alternative day-trip destination from Imlil or the Ourika Valley. There are plenty of easy walks around the village, some with great views looking down onto the wide river. Mountain biking (100dh/$13/£6.25 per day), horseback riding (500dh/$63/£31 for half-day), and trekking with a local guide (250dh/$31/£16 per day) with mules (50dh/$6.25/£3.15 per hour) can be organized from the village's two hotels, where you can also indulge in some fine cuisine.
