In the Fairmont Chateau Whistler, the Wildflower serves innovative cuisine in a highly sophisticated dining room -- this is Whistler's only four-star restaurant. The seasonal menu features fresh Pacific seafood -- the pine-roasted salmon is a specialty -- as well as delicious local meats from the British Columbia interior. In addition to superlative regional cuisine, the Wildflower also offers a Canadian Wine Discovery menu, which matches special main courses with Canadian wines for C$100 (US$80).
