This homey inn is just outside of Whistler Village, so park the car and walk to dining, shopping, and recreation. Chalet Luise is a very charming small inn with an equally charming hostess. The inn has just the right Bavarian touch to create a festive, holiday-card atmosphere. The guest rooms are bright and cheerful, and come with pine furniture and high-quality linens; some have fireplaces and balconies. At the back is a gazebo with hot tub; the large guest lounge has a TV, fireplace, and a self-service coffee bar with a microwave for guest use. There are a number of decks, all lovingly festooned with flower pots in summer. All rooms have private baths. Breakfast is a buffet of fresh baked goods plus a hot main course. Room rates are complex; check the website for current rates and minimum-stay requirements.
