This is dining as entertainment -- and a Food TV fan's dream come true. Guest chefs prepare the night's feast, demonstrating as they go, answering questions, and debating the merits of food fads or TV chefs. For 2 1/2 hours, fresh ingredients get sliced, sautéed, beaten, and baked into a four-course meal served with wine. As entertainment, it's amusing. As for the food, expect fine ingredients expertly prepared, with a mix of flavors to savor. The nightly menus are online; you'll see a featured ingredient or cuisine.
