How do you like your seafood: sashimi, raw bar, traditional, or Pacific Rim style? Deep Blue's got it all. Set in a parking garage, of all things, this restaurant draws a crowd of 30-somethings to its popular bar. (In this sleek modern setting, nothing can muffle the noise -- so ask for a table away from the bar.) The menu is filled with interesting options, from the five-spice ahi tuna to crab-and-spinach-mousse-stuffed perch. The wine list offers more than 170 choices. A pretheater dinner menu is available, and servers will make sure you arrive before curtain time.
