Langton House ReviewThe best B&B near the castle is run by welcoming hosts, Paul and Sonja Fogg, who have converted a Victorian town house that dates from 1890 when it housed Queen Victoria's government officials. Lying only a 5-minute walk from the castle, the large, double-fronted Victorian house is built of dark red brick. In later life, it was a nursing home before it was turned into a B&B, offering comfortably furnished, midsize bedrooms, each with private bathroom equipped with a shower stall.
