Frommer's Review
This is a hip and fun place serving up some of Winnipeg's best nontraditional cuisine. Begin by getting into a different mindset with the "Soup of Tomorrow," featured daily. Then the fusion experience begins. Tantalizing starters may include a crispy tiger prawn dumplings with garlic-sesame noodles and sweet soy dipping sauce, or white-truffle perogies with duck sausage and walnut cream. Daily changing entrees may include pan-seared pork tenderloin with morel mushrooms, black-spruce jelly, celery-walnut-fig relish and wild-berry compote. Fusion Grill is a fun and exciting place -- prepared to be wowed.
