Getting There

Regular trains depart London's Paddington or Euston Station for Worcester, arriving about 2 1/4 hours later. For schedules and information, call tel. 0845/748-4950.

Two National Express buses leave throughout the day from London's Victoria Coach Station and make the 4-hour journey to Worcester. For schedules and information, call tel. 0871/781-81-81 (www.nationalexpress.com).

Driving from London, take the M5 to Junction 7 toward Worcester. Give yourself about 3 hours. From Hereford, it's a short drive to Worcester. Just take the A449 42km (26 miles) west.

Visitor Information

The Worcester Tourist Information Centre, in the Guildhall on High Street (tel. 01905/726311; www.visitworcester.com), is open from 9:30am to 5pm Monday to Saturday.
