A warm family has offered this old downtown house with dormer windows to guests for many years. Antiques rest on the hardwood floors in the common areas and the four rooms, while small, are decorated according to cute themes. All have private bathrooms, four-poster beds with thick mattresses, comforters, and oversize pillows. In the summer, elaborate breakfasts with local ingredients, such as seafood or berries, are served in a sunny dining room at the guests' convenience. We ran into some rough spots on our last visit, but I offer this recommendation based on a long record of hospitality.
