Frommer's Review
It's kind of a super-storefront restaurant with a street-level view of the action in front of the Hotel Dubrovnik -- and there's a lot to see from this attractive dining room. The terrace cafe is always crowded and opens in time for breakfast, but it is the dinner hour that draws the big appetites. Most of the choices are predictable, though competently prepared, but there are a few creative surprises served in generous portions. For example, the risotto Bella Casa is a flavorful mix of scampi, tomatoes, wine, cream, cognac, Parmesan and, of course, al dente arborio, while spaghetti aglio e olio ciro combines anchovies, hot peppers, olive oil, herbs, and Parmesan. There is also a respectable wine list.
