Near the top of Jurjevska Street, which is home to embassies and diplomats, Marcellino turns out a portfolio of United Nations cuisines. Try venison with chestnuts, blueberries, and wine sauce or shrimp with orange-olive sauce. Bus no. 105 stops in front of the restaurant. Be sure to ask for a table near the windows: In warm weather they open out into a forest that turns into a beautifully lighted woodland at night. Tip: Marcellino recently opened the Hugo dining room, which serves Japanese tempura, Moroccan tagines, Italian pastas, and other international favorites.
