"Upscale" defines Rossini, which caters to a crowd that knows Italian food is more than red gravy and noodles. Risottos are especially good in this relatively formal dining room; some incorporate asparagus and pancetta, while others blend various kinds of seafood. The wine list is well-chosen, but prices seem a little high for Croatia: There aren't any bottles listed under 120kn ($25).
