Paviljon ReviewPaviljon's setting on the Green Horseshoe flanked by some of Zagreb's best museums gives the restaurant a cultured aura, and its formality and old school decor give it the patina of class. The terrace looks out over a park area toward the main train station and Tomislav Trg and inside, the dining room is all elegance with a cherrywood floor and a fireplace. However, it is the restaurant's well-executed menu featuring Croatian interpretations of classic dishes that steals the show. Start with gooseliver in Cumberland sauce or smoked tuna carpaccio and follow with roast duck with red cabbage and figs for an unusual taste combination.
