Fish can't get much fresher than at this special waterfront restaurant. A member of Holland's prestigious Alliance Gastronomique association of top restaurants, it sports a Michelin star. Most of what lands on your plate from master-chef Danny Nolet's kitchen comes right off the local fishing boats in the harbor below. Het Reymerswale is named after a coastal Zeeland village that vanished beneath the waves around 1500, and the interior is "decorated" with excavated items from the village. Try the decadent oysters and champagne, or a more restrained dish like grilled turbot with a béarnaise sauce.
