Frommer's Review
A mountain-lodge atmosphere suffuses this very attractive complex of natural wood and rock, which is set among trees, lawns, and flowers just outside the entrance to Zion National Park. This is a place where you might actually want to spend time relaxing, unlike some other lodgings in the area, which are simply good places to sleep at the end of long days spent exploring Zion. Parts of the inn date to 1947, but all rooms have been completely renovated. Rooms have a Southwest decor, wood furnishings, and local art. One room has a fireplace; other units have whirlpool tubs and bidets. Flanigan's has its own nature trail leading to a hilltop vista. Rooms are often booked 3 to 4 months in advance during the summer, so reserve early. You can get a therapeutic massage or a rejuvenating facial or relax in an aromatic bath in the full-service spa. The entire inn is nonsmoking.
Facilities:
Restaurant; outdoor heated pool; outdoor hot tub; full-service spa
