Aruba in Sept/Oct?

by Pauline Frommer »

It should be a fine time of the year to go. The weather will be lovely (it is year round) and because of hurricane season, prices are lower then (even though Aruba's outside the hurricane belt. Go figure!). Have a terrific trip!

My husband and I are looking for a relaxing week vacation.  The only time he can get away is the week of Sept 28th thru Oct 5th.  We are looking to chill out at the beach, enjoy cocktails and good food and a little exploring, but relaxation not exploration is the goal of this trip.  We're looking at Aruba because of its location south of the hurricane belt.  Anyone visited at this time of year?  like the looks of Manchebo Beach Resort and the Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort.  Any info would be a appreciated.

Hello. I was to Curacao recently and I was impressed by the beauty of the Island. You have nothing to worry about because the wheather is calm and there are no risks of hurricanes. I liked the fact that the island has many historical monuments, many beaches where you can relax, one of the best international cuisine, and a lot of bars that offer good and unique drinks. I was very lucky to find the peoples at http://www.curacaovacationaccommodation.com/ who are very professional and friendly and helped me to have a great vacation. I stayed in their Casa Sablica villa. The view was amazing, and the house is close to some of the most interesting features on the island. I had a great vacation. Hope this information helps future travelers. Have a nice day!
