Ordering by Phone, Fax or Mail

Frommer's guidebooks and titles from our corporate parent, Wiley, may be ordered directly from the address and phone numbers shown below. We accept payment by check, money order, or credit card. We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Checks and money orders must be drawn on a U.S. bank. Customers with an existing account number who wish to place telephone orders should have their account numbers readily available when they call.

Setting Up an Online Account

You are invited to establish a personal account during the check out process of an online order. Simply select a password for your account and you’re ready to go. If you need to access your account, click on the My Account link located in the top left-hand corner of most pages on this site. You will be able to take advantage of features associated with your account, like changing your account information, tracking recent orders, and order history.


Lost Your Password?

If you've lost or forgotten the password for your account, we can send you a new one. Anywhere you’re asked to provide a password, there will be a link to our Password Retrieval page. Just click on the link, fill out the form, and submit. We'll immediately generate a new password and send it to the e-mail address we have on record for your account.


Special Note for Mac Users

There is a known bug that prevents users on Macs using Internet Explorer from making purchases from our site. We are working to resolve this and apologize for any inconvenience it may cause. In the meantime, please use a different browser (such as Netscape or Safari) to complete your purchase.
