Oh, Give Me a Home Where the Cartoon Characters Roam
If the idea of living in homes named Cinderella's Castle, Alice's Wonderland, or even Pooh's Playhouse isn't too saccharine for you, then look to Loyalty USA for your choice of 44 houses in which to sleep next time you visit Orlando -- especially now that the firm is offering our readers a 10% discount off the published web prices. more>

Beam Me Up, BMI: Great Fares to the UK
The rush of sub-$200 fares to Europe has slowed down, though we're still seeing some tremendous deals out there, such as the 1800FlyEurope.com fare we reported on earlier this week. FlyEurope only covers a few US cities, though, so were were glad when this low fare from bmi (formerly British Midland) crossed our desk. more>

Maui Trip Report
From riggsie: "My husband and I have been married for 23 years and have not been anywhere for more than a few days all alone since before our kids were born. It was a weird feeling to think how would we relate for 7 days all alone! Well - by the second day it was just like a second honeymoon, giggles, holding hands, stolen kisses and glances; it was just what we needed!!" more>

Paris on a Tight Budget
From Deanna Lee: "Two college girls going to Paris for a week in March. Any suggestions for a cheap cheap hotel? We would stay in a hostel but don't want to have to bring sheets with us. Only requirements are cleanliness and relative safety. I would like to stay in a non-touristy spot but I'm not picky. Also, is it difficult to call hotels that don't have online reservations? I speak a French pretty well but sometimes I have a hard time understanding it. Finally any tips for people wanting to explore off the beaten path?" more>

American Airlines Bad Experience

Baja Travelers Beware
From Mike Lamar: "I would like to warn anyone who is thinking of going to Baja and staying at the camp run by Mag Bay Tours (www.magbaytours.com). To go there, you must fly to Loreto, which is only served by Aero California, an airline whose reliability is not great. We had our original flight cancelled, and then got on a flight to La Paz, which also was cancelled on the same day. We were unable to phone Mag Bay Tours on the day we travelled because it was a Saturday, and that was our representative's day off." more>
