Electronic Motion Sickness Devices
From Terry Rose: "I love to travel, but get really motion sick. I cannot fly without my dramamine, which leaves me groggy. I've tried the elastic accupressure bands, but their success is erratic for me. Has anyone used the watch-looking device advertised in the Skymall catalogue? It evidentally works -- maybe -- by using small electric impulses. It's pricey, but worth every penny if it works. Has anyone used this and would you share your results with me?" more>

Hawaiian Airlines: Flight Report
From Jim A: "I just returned from a brief vacation to Honolulu. I took Hawaiian Airlines roundtrip from San Diego to Honolulu and back. Hawaiian was an easy choice because it is the only airline offering non-stop service to Honolulu. We in San Diego have a postage-stamp sized airport so going anywhere fun usually requires a change of planes in LAX or elsewhere. By the way, Hawaiian is having great sales. I booked my ticket two days before I left. I think with taxes it came to just over $300. The airline's website is easy to navigate." more>
