From Ronald Bartlett: "I've purchased many non-refundable tickets online in the past and have on occassion had to cancel. While a fee has always been imposed, I've never till now experienced the highway robbery policies of Delta, a policy which I'm unable to locate on their website. First they imposed a $100 cancellation fee. Second they said that I had to reschedule a trip by May 10, my original date of departure. " more>

Unfortunately they weren't so gracious." more>
