Delta's Cancellation Policy = Highway Robbery
From Ronald Bartlett: "I've purchased many non-refundable tickets online in the past and have on occassion had to cancel. While a fee has always been imposed, I've never till now experienced the highway robbery policies of Delta, a policy which I'm unable to locate on their website. First they imposed a $100 cancellation fee. Second they said that I had to reschedule a trip by May 10, my original date of departure. "

From Marie StClair: "We are scheduled to go to Nashville this week and the airlines graciously contacted us to explain that we could change our reservations to return earlier without penalty. So we called our hotel, The Opryland Hotel, and asked to cancel our reservations because with the state of this country with war we would rather not extend our stay. Unfortunately they weren't so gracious."
