JetBlue's New Year Sale

JetBlue (tel. 800/538-2583; has launched a new sale for the New Year, and interestingly they are showing how many TrueBlue points you need to fly various routes. Fares range from about $39 to about $119 each way, and travel must be booked by Jan. 13, 2010, 11:59 MT. With some exceptions, travel must be completed by Mar. 24, 2010 and travel must take place on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and/or Saturday. Blackout dates for all travel are January 14-18, January 29-February 4, February 10-15, and February 19-22. Additional blackout dates for Austin travel are March 12-21.

Cozumel Sale From American

No trips marked on your 2010 calendar yet? American Airlines' (tel. 800/433-7300; is offering discounted fares to Cozumel, Mexico. Outbound travel is valid through April 30, and trips must be completed by May 28. Fares are vaild for daily travel and require a 2-night minimum stay, with an allowed maximum stay of 30-days.

Tickets require a 3-day advance purchase, and all bookings must be made by January 12.

Frontier Sale Through Late May

The latest sale from Frontier (tel. 800/432-1359; is valid for off-peak travel days, Monday through Thursday, through May 27. Stay clear of blackout dates on February 15, March 22, 31, April 5, and April 12.

Fares require a 10-day advance purchase, and all tickets must be booked by January 13.

New Year Sale From AirTran

AirTran's New Year sale is good for travel through May 26, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. Travel to Florida, San Juan, Aruba, Montego Bay, Nassau, and Cancun is valid through March 10. Fares require a 10-day advance purchase.

Blackout dates are February 12, 13, 15, 20, 21, and April 2, 3, 10, and 11.

All purchases must be made by 11:59pm ET, January 14.

Singapore Airlines' Best of the Web

Singapore Airlines' (tel. 800/742-3333; Best of the Web fares are valid for outbound travel on Monday through Thursday, from January 4 through May 20. Fares must be purchased by May 20, with the exception of one or two fares (L.A. to Tokyo, NYC to Frankfurt...) which expire mid-March.
