Airlines Reduce In-Cabin Pet Fees

No doubt in response to pet owner outrage who ended up paying more for their pets than their own fares, United reduced its in cabin pet fee from $175 to $125 each way (still a lot); and Delta reduced from $150 to $100, now in line with most other airlines. See Airfarewatchdog.comÂ?s updated fee chart.

And speaking of pets on planes, would you be upset if to find yourself seated alongside a small dog? What if you asked to be moved, only to realize you'd been seated by yet another pet? It apparently happens. So how many pets are allowed to fly in the cabin at once? And aren't flight attendants aware of where pets are seated? Find out.
