This is the type of sweet inn you’d expect to stay at in Vermont (in fact, there’s a “Vermont” room) but here it is on a quiet side street of the Upper West Side, offering grace, charm, stained glass and a slew of amenities that even native New Yorkers don’t have (like the massive Jacuzzi tubs in the spa suite; and a washer dryer in another unit). Each suite has a large bedroom, lovely Victorian furnishings, and a full—and cookable—kitchen. And though this may sound like a honeymoon place (and it certainly does get lots of those), one unit is perfect for families, as it has a sofa bed in the living room and pocket doors giving each room privacy. Unlike any other place in the city; book well in advance as it does sell out. Free wifi and free snacks are part of the deal.
