Active Pursuits in Ammersee

For a magnificent tour of the lake, take a steamship cruise. Boats depart hourly 9am to 6pm. You can also circumnavigate the lake by taking one of the ferryboats that depart seven times a day, making stops at seven lakefront towns. For 16€, you can get on and off all day, boarding the next boat to continue the tour (visitors average two or three stops during the day).
