The most famous restaurant in Amsterdam's burgeoning Chinatown is also one of its best. This family-run venue looks like nothing from the outside—and frankly not that much in the sparse, neon-lit interior—but it's always packed out with local Chinese families as well as tourists. The plates piled high with noodles, Peking duck, and beef spare ribs dripping in honey simply fly out of the kitchen.
