Located in Arthur's Pass Village, The Mountain House offers views of the forest and mountains of the Arthur's Pass National Park. This backpackers has heating and bed linen in every room You can relax in the guest lounge which offers comfortable sofas, or create your own meal in the guest kitchen. There is also a communal dining room and a self-service laundry. This backpacker accommodation has shared bathrooms, kitchen and lounge, whilst the Cottage and Studio have private bathrooms and kitchens. The cottage features a private fireplace with firewood supplied. Arthur's Pass, The Mountain House is next to the beginning of the Avalanche Peak track.
