For a hotel bar, this one has an atmosphere all of its own. Set on a white sand beach across from the Radisson pool, this bar and bistro is great for drinks and is known for being a popular lunch spot (be sure to check out the specials). The scene is casual (it's a beach bar, after all), set in an open wooden structure, an ideal spot for people-watching at the beach while enjoying a cold cocktail or a margarita mixture like the Royale, made with Chambord. Dishes are typical of a hotel beach restaurant, with decent prices on grouper sandwiches, cheeseburgers, and wraps, but don't expect anything too out of the ordinary. If diners do want to step things up a notch, they can arrange for a torchlit table in the sand.
